A lot of Westerners see Chinese Medicine and alternative therapies from ancients as better based on whimsy and caprice more than anything else. This post offers a different view, written by someone who lives here and knows the culture well. We can be easily taken in and should be more discriminating.

I totally agree;I had a slew of skin and emotional issues – since I was born – and it seemed hopeless. Once I changed to a more natural healing , and eating, the problems went away. Great post and I look forward to sharing more with you:)
