Thanksgiving in China

I just got back from a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at the Hyatt in Jinan. They’re just up the road from Wanda Plaza, a shopping mall and not far from Batou Springs in the heart of downtown.

They had a smorgasbord of roasts, ham, poultry, legumes in every shape and color. Seafood, soups including young pigeon soup, which I tried for the first time. (It’s a lot like chicken soup.)  Price 228 with service charge and tax.
