Reed, Read, Red

Each week Cee of Cee’s Photography challenges bloggers with a fun prompt. This week we’re to share photos of reeds, things that are read or things that are red.

Don’t touch the books because of COVID-19
*Weeding is culling the collection, removing dirty, torn, or unpopular books. Lots of libraries here have severely weeded so that there’s at least 33% of empty shelf space.
The caution tape is something I thought I’d never see. 😀

I know. In the summer when the library was briefly open, people including kids couldn’t touch the books. I’m not sure why they bothered opening as you could only order books online and pick them up outside the building. There were no programs in the library and all the shelves were taped. All the chairs and tables were moved and cordoned off. You could talk to the librarians.
