. . . With Mashed Potatoes

I just discovered this from a newspaper column. I believe I’m late to the French Guy Cooking videos. Here he goes out to master the mashed potato.

Personally, I love the potatoes made by using my grandmother’s masher, but it’s fun to watch.

I need to reach 4 Levels: mashed potatoes again to see if I want to Emily, Lorenzo and some other guy who’s an ICE chef try their hands at mashed potatoes. The ICE/Level 3 chef does use the expensive potatoes that Alex (the French Chef) does. He also smokes the potatoes with hay. Huh?! Right there he lost me.

I do wonder what Rose of 4 Levels would say about the “World’s Best Mashed Potatoes.”
